SJVN FY26 Results show strong growth in power generation, revenue and installed capacity. SJVN Limited reported total consolidated revenue of ₹4,722.81 crore for FY 2025-26, up from ₹3,376.50 crore in the previous year. The company also recorded its highest-ever annual generation of 13,302.39 million units from its operational power stations.
SJVN FY26 Results Show Record Power Generation
The SJVN FY26 Results highlight a strong performance across the company’s operational power portfolio. SJVN and its associate companies added 1,730 MW of installed capacity during FY26.
The 1,500 MW Nathpa Jhakri Hydro Power Station crossed 150 billion units of cumulative generation since commissioning. It also achieved a Plant Availability Factor of 96.84%.
The 412 MW Rampur Hydro Power Station recorded its highest-ever annual generation of 2,108 million units. The 60 MW Naitwar Mori Hydro Power Station generated 310.36 million units, exceeding its design energy by around 17%.
SJVN Revenue and Profit Rise in FY26
SJVN reported a significant improvement in consolidated financial performance during FY26. Total revenue increased to ₹4,722.81 crore from ₹3,376.50 crore in FY25.
Profit Before Tax rose to ₹1,200.63 crore from ₹1,111.69 crore, while consolidated Profit After Tax stood at ₹641.85 crore.
On a standalone basis, total income increased to ₹3,869.66 crore from ₹3,252.44 crore. Standalone Profit After Tax also increased to ₹1,007.90 crore from ₹970.18 crore.
SJVN Expands Solar and Thermal Portfolio
During FY26, SJVN expanded its generation portfolio with the full-capacity commercial operation of the 1,000 MW Bikaner Solar Power Project. The project crossed one billion units of cumulative generation within a short period.
The 70 MW Dhubri Solar Power Project in Assam was also commissioned during the year. SJVN further strengthened its generation portfolio by entering large-scale thermal power generation with the commercial operation of Unit-I of the 1,320 MW Buxar Thermal Power Project.
SJVN Capacity Reaches 4,271.5 MW
SJVN added another 75 MW to its installed capacity through the commissioning of the Jamui Solar Power Project in Bihar during FY27. With this addition, its operational portfolio reached 4,271.50 MW.
Construction also progressed across several major projects. These include the 900 MW Arun-3 Hydro Electric Project in Nepal, the 382 MW Sunni Dam Project, the 210 MW Luhri Stage-I Project and the 69.50 MW Dhaulasidh Hydro Electric Project.
SJVN Approves ₹0.35 Final Dividend
The AGM approved a final dividend of ₹0.35 per share for FY26. Including the interim dividend of ₹1.15 per share already paid during the year, SJVN’s total dividend for FY26 stands at ₹1.50 per share.
The company also spent ₹30.72 crore on Corporate Social Responsibility and sustainable development activities during FY26. Through the SJVN Foundation, it continued programmes covering healthcare, education, skill development, women empowerment, rural infrastructure and community development.
SJVN Targets Long-Term Clean Energy Growth
SJVN remains focused on supporting India’s target of achieving 500 GW of non-fossil fuel capacity by 2030 and Net-Zero emissions by 2070. The company continues to expand its presence across hydropower, solar and thermal generation.
The SJVN FY26 Results reflect the company’s expansion in generation capacity, record power generation and improved revenue. Its growing project pipeline is expected to support further capacity additions and strengthen its role in India’s energy transition.
