NTPC Executive Director: Premlata Appointed to PMI & HRD Role

NTPC Executive Director Premlata has been appointed to lead PMI and HRD functions at the NTPC Corporate Centre with immediate effect. The appointment strengthens the company’s focus on human resource development and talent management at the corporate level.

NTPC Executive Director Takes Charge of PMI & HRD

Premlata has been assigned responsibility for driving PMI and HRD functions at the NTPC Corporate Centre. The role will involve supporting key human resource development initiatives and strengthening talent-focused functions across the organisation.

She was previously serving as Executive Director (HR) at NSPCL-HQ. Her experience in human resource management and talent development adds to her expertise in leading corporate HR functions.

Premlata Brings HR Leadership Experience

Premlata is a POSH Certified Trainer and has received the HR Leader of the Year Award. Her professional experience includes work in human resource management and talent development.

Her appointment as NTPC Executive Director comes with responsibility for strengthening HRD and PMI functions at the corporate level. The role is expected to support NTPC’s organisational and talent development priorities.
