IndianOil has launched Indane XTRALITE NOW, a new LPG service that combines a lightweight 10 kg composite cylinder with a commitment to deliver refills within three hours of booking. Introduced in Delhi, the service is designed to offer customers a faster, safer and more convenient cooking gas experience.
The launch was led by Hemant Rathore, Executive Director (NR and SH), Delhi and Haryana State Office, who reiterated IndianOil’s focus on improving customer service through timely LPG deliveries. During the event, he handed over connection documents to the first Indane XTRALITE NOW customers in the national capital.
The new offering features a 10 kg composite LPG cylinder that is significantly lighter than conventional steel cylinders, making it easier to carry and handle. The rust free cylinder also has a translucent body, allowing customers to monitor the remaining LPG level without the need for additional equipment.
Alongside the new cylinder, IndianOil has introduced a digitally enabled service platform that offers seamless booking, faster delivery and greater flexibility. Customers can choose their preferred delivery time slots, while those applying for new connections benefit from simplified documentation requirements, including no requirement for address proof.
The service is aimed at urban households, professionals, small families and customers looking for a more convenient LPG solution with quicker delivery and easier handling.
