NBCC Reports 39% Jump in Q4 Profit to ₹253 Crore, Recommends Final Dividend

Navratna PSU NBCC (India) Ltd, which provides project management consultancy services, announced on Monday a significant increase in its consolidated net profit for the fourth quarter of FY26. The company attributed this success to better operational efficiency and consistent development in its PMC sector.

After a consolidated net profit of Rs 182.66 crore in Q4 FY25, the company’s net profit in Q4 FY26 increased to Rs 253.51 crore, a 38.78 percent rise.

Operating revenue for the March quarter was Rs 4,559.79 crore, down 1.8% from Rs 4,643.84 crore in the same period last year.

Profit increased by 28.5% and revenue by over 51% compared to the previous quarter, demonstrating strong progress for NBCC on a sequential basis.

The PMC division, which is responsible for the majority of the company’s income, increased its quarterly sales by almost 2% year over year, reaching 4,356.78 crore.

Nonetheless, the real estate and EPC divisions continued to generate modest revenues. Earnings from engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) came in at Rs 140 crore, down from Rs 211 crore in Q4 FY25, while real estate revenue fell to 42.72 crore, down from 161.39 crore the previous year.

In comparison to the same period last year, operating EBITDA came in at 287 crore rupees for the quarter.

The final dividend for FY26, which is subject to approval by shareholders at the next Annual General Meeting, is Rs 0.46 per equity share of face value Re 1. This recommendation comes from the Board of Directors. If the dividend is granted, the corporation has promised to pay it out within 30 days of declaring it.
