PTC India Executive Director Rajiv Malhotra will continue in the position for another year. PTC India Limited has extended his term with effect from December 1, 2026.
The PTC India Board of Directors approved the extension at its meeting held on September 30. The decision was based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
Malhotra’s term has been extended on the same terms and conditions as his existing employment.
PTC India Executive Director Rajiv Malhotra to continue
According to PTC India’s regulatory disclosure, Rajiv Malhotra is about 59 years old.
He is a Mechanical Engineer and an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow.
Malhotra also holds a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) qualification. He has more than 35 years of professional experience.
PTC India Executive Director term extended from December 2026
The extended term of the PTC India Executive Director will begin on December 1, 2026.
Malhotra will continue to serve as Executive Director and Senior Management Personnel during the extended tenure.
PTC India said the extension has been approved on the same terms and conditions as his existing employment.
