IRFC Statutory Auditors have been appointed for the financial year 2026-27, with GSA & Associates LLP and KGRS & Co named as joint statutory auditors.
Indian Railway Finance Corporation Limited (IRFC) has informed the stock exchanges about the appointment of its Joint Statutory Auditors for FY 2026-27.
The appointments were made by the Comptroller and Auditor General of India (C&AG) through its communication dated September 9, 2026.
IRFC Statutory Auditors Appointed for FY 2026-27
The two firms appointed as IRFC Statutory Auditors are:
- GSA & Associates LLP, 16, DDA Flats, Panchsheel Shivalik Mor, Near Malviya Nagar, Delhi – 110017.
- KGRS & Co, 33, DDA SFS Apartments, Hauz Khas, New Delhi – 110016.
The appointments have been made under Section 139 of the Companies Act, 2013.
C&AG Appoints Joint Statutory Auditors
The appointment follows communication from the C&AG bearing reference No./CA. V/ COY/CENTRAL GOVERNMENT, IRLYFC (1)/992 dated September 9, 2026.
IRFC has disclosed the appointment to the stock exchanges in compliance with the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
The company submitted the intimation on September 10, 2026 through its Company Secretary and Compliance Officer.
The appointment will cover the statutory audit requirements of IRFC for FY 2026-27.
