CM Yogi Promotes Reading Culture Through UP Govt’s School Library Project

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath emphasized the importance of reading books over spending time on social media reels during the inauguration of a book fair at Gorakhpur University.

He highlighted the revival of 1.35 lakh schools under Operation Kayakalp, each equipped with libraries, urging students to read beyond their curriculum to enhance their knowledge and prepare for competitive exams.

Adityanath discussed addressing exam anxiety, referencing Prime Minister Modi’s book “Exam Warriors” for guidance. He also encouraged the community to focus on solutions to everyday problems, such as traffic violations and environmental issues, emphasizing social responsibility and adherence to rules for progress and safety.
