Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) has signed an MoU with NIRNAYA Systems & Solutions Pvt. Ltd. to jointly pursue business opportunities across multiple technology domains.
The MoU covers areas including IT infrastructure, data centres, cybersecurity, ERP, healthcare IT, artificial intelligence and machine learning.
MoU Covers Multiple Technology Domains
Under the MoU, BEL and NIRNAYA Systems will explore opportunities in:
- IT infrastructure
- Data centres
- Cybersecurity
- Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
- Healthcare IT solutions
- AI/ML-based applications
- Allied software development
- Analytics platforms
The collaboration is aimed at combining the capabilities of both organisations to pursue opportunities in these technology segments.
MoU Signed by BEL and NIRNAYA Systems
The MoU was exchanged between Anuradha Mahur, General Manager (Civilian Marketing), BEL, and Binay Pratap Shahi, Co-Founder, NIRNAYA Solutions.
The signing took place in the presence of Manoj Kumar Jain, Chairman and Managing Director, BEL, Anoop Kumar Rai, Director (Marketing), BEL, and senior officers from both organisations.
MoU to Support IT and Cybersecurity Opportunities
NIRNAYA Systems & Solutions specialises in developing technology solutions by simplifying complex technologies into streamlined applications.
Through the MoU, BEL and NIRNAYA will combine their respective capabilities to explore business opportunities in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, AI/ML, healthcare IT and related technology areas.
The collaboration also covers data centres, ERP, software development and analytics platforms.
