MTNL has given Rajeev Narang additional charge of CGM Delhi and related posts after Kiran Dubey ceased to hold the positions.
Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Limited (MTNL) has given Rajeev Narang the additional charge of MTNL CGM Delhi with effect from September 14, 2026. Narang currently serves as PGM (CFA) Delhi and will hold the additional responsibilities alongside his existing duties.
The company informed the stock exchanges about the change in senior management through a disclosure dated September 15, 2026.
MTNL CGM Delhi Charge Assigned to Rajeev Narang
Rajeev Narang has been entrusted with the additional charge of Chief General Manager (CGM), MTNL Delhi. He has also been given additional charge of PGM (O&WS) / PGM (D&EB), MTNL Delhi.
Narang will continue to discharge these responsibilities in addition to his existing role as PGM (CFA) Delhi.
Kiran Dubey Ceases to Hold MTNL Delhi Posts
Kiran Dubey has ceased to hold the office of CGM, MTNL Delhi, along with the positions of PGM (D&EB) and PGM (O&WS), MTNL Delhi.
The change took effect from the letter dated September 14, 2026.
MTNL Senior Management Change
MTNL disclosed the senior management change under Regulations 30 and 51 of the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements (LODR) Regulations.
The latest disclosure sets out the changes in responsibilities at the company’s Delhi operations and confirms Rajeev Narang’s additional charge with effect from September 14.
