Hero MotoCorp Limited has established Hero MotoCorp Foundation – A Santosh Munjal Legacy, a wholly owned subsidiary dedicated to undertaking the company’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives.
The foundation received incorporation approval from the Registrar of Companies, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, on October 29, 2026. It has been constituted under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013.
Hero MotoCorp’s Board of Directors had approved the proposal to establish the foundation on August 6, 2026. With the incorporation formalities completed, the company now has a dedicated entity to carry out its CSR activities.
Hero MotoCorp disclosed the development to the stock exchanges under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
