NBCC has taken a major step towards reviving 16 stalled residential projects of Supertech Limited. The company has floated 25 tenders worth ₹9,620.33 crore for construction and related works across the project portfolio.
The tendering process marks a shift from planning and resolution to on-ground execution. It is also expected to provide greater confidence to thousands of homebuyers awaiting completion of their homes.
NBCC Takes Supertech Projects Towards Execution
The 16 projects are spread across Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Uttarakhand and Karnataka. Together, they cover nearly 50,000 stalled housing units.
The National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) appointed NBCC as the Project Management Consultant (PMC) for completing the projects in December 2024.
The Supreme Court upheld NBCC’s mandate in February 2026. The decision provided the legal certainty required to move ahead with the completion plan.
NBCC Strengthens Role in Real Estate Revival
With the tendering process now underway, NBCC is reinforcing its role as a public-sector implementation agency for distressed real-estate projects.
The initiative is expected to help unlock stalled assets and support the completion of homes that have remained unfinished for several years. It also marks a key step towards restoring homebuyer confidence and moving the projects towards eventual delivery.
