Lucknow Development: 14 Projects Worth ₹100 Crore Launched

The Lucknow Projects initiative has received a major infrastructure boost with Defence Minister Rajnath Singh and Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath jointly performing the Bhoomi Pujan for 14 development projects worth more than ₹100 crore at Lucknow Cantonment. The projects will focus on improving public infrastructure and essential civic amenities for residents.

Lucknow Projects Focus on Key Civic Facilities

The Lucknow Projects cover several important areas, including water supply, education, healthcare, sports facilities, sanitation and parking. The development works are aimed at strengthening basic services and improving infrastructure across the Lucknow Cantonment area.

The projects are expected to improve access to essential facilities and support better living conditions for residents. The development programme also focuses on addressing key civic infrastructure requirements in the cantonment.

14 Lucknow Projects Worth Over ₹100 Crore

A total of 14 Lucknow Projects have been taken up under the development programme. The combined estimated cost is more than ₹100 crore. The works cover water supply, educational facilities, healthcare services, sports infrastructure, sanitation, parking and other civic amenities.

The investment is aimed at strengthening local infrastructure and improving the delivery of essential services. The projects will also contribute to the overall development of the Lucknow Cantonment area.

Rajnath Singh Highlights Viksit Bharat Vision

During the programme, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh listened to Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s ‘Mann Ki Baat’ along with around 4,000 people present at the venue.

Speaking on the occasion, Rajnath Singh highlighted the importance of quality education, clean water, opportunities for youth and an inclusive society. He said these priorities are important to the vision of a Viksit Bharat.

Lucknow Projects Aim to Improve Living Standards

The Lucknow Projects are designed to improve basic infrastructure and civic services for residents of the cantonment area. Better water supply, education, healthcare, sanitation and sports facilities can help improve everyday living conditions.

The launch of these 14 projects marks a focus on strengthening public infrastructure in Lucknow Cantonment. With an estimated investment of more than ₹100 crore, the initiative is expected to support improved civic amenities and long-term development in the area.
