BSNL Launches Voice over Wi-Fi Services Across India to Improve Connectivity

BSNL has launched Voice over WiFi (VoWiFi) services nationwide, allowing customers to make calls over Wi-Fi for high-quality connectivity in areas with poor mobile coverage.

The service is available for free to all BSNL users across the country, particularly benefiting rural and remote regions with strong Wi-Fi access. VoWiFi allows seamless switching between Wi-Fi and mobile networks, using existing mobile numbers without third-party apps.

Most modern smartphones support this feature, which marks a significant advancement in BSNL’s efforts to enhance telecommunications in underserved areas.
