C. Joseph Vijay, the freshly sworn-in Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, delivered an emotional and contemplative talk at the Jawaharlal Nehru Indoor Stadium after taking office. Vijay shared a deeply personal experience alongside his vision for government.
