IndianOil’s Refineries Division has entered into an agreement with the Central Institute of Petrochemicals Engineering & Technology (CIPET) to initiate a skill development program as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility efforts.
The program, aimed at enhancing employment opportunities, will involve training 280 youths in machine operations for the plastic processing industry.
This residential program will be conducted at CIPET centers in Lucknow, Guwahati, and Murthal (Haryana), as well as at Mathura and Guwahati Refineries. It seeks to contribute to national capacity building and address the skills gap within the manufacturing sector.
