NLCIL Announces 30% Dividend for FY 2024–25 at 69th AGM

The 69th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of NLC India Limited was held on 27.09.2025 via Video Conferencing, presided over by CMD Prasanna Kumar Motupalli.

Key board members participated, providing insights into the company’s financial performance, which included a consolidated Profit Before Tax of ₹3,696.93 Crore and Profit After Tax of ₹2,713.61 Crore, demonstrating growth of 28.29% and 45.30% respectively.

Revenue from operations reached ₹15,282.96 Crore, with total income at ₹16,889.45 Crore.

A 30% dividend was announced, alongside a roadmap for sustainable growth focusing on diversification into Renewable Energy, Clean Energy projects, and new technologies such as Green Hydrogen and EV Charging stations.

The CMD also interacted with shareholders, reinforcing NLCIL’s commitment to stakeholder value creation.
