TCS Porsche Strategic Deal: €1.25 Billion AI Partnership

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) and MHP have signed a five-year strategic deal worth €1.25 billion with Porsche AG. The partnership will focus on using artificial intelligence (AI) across engineering, manufacturing, operations and customer experience.

TCS has informed the stock exchanges about the agreement between Porsche AG, MHP Management- und IT-Beratung GmbH (MHP) and TCS.

The TCS Porsche strategic deal follows TCS’s acquisition of MHP. The partnership aims to build a long-term technology relationship with Porsche and support its digital transformation plans.

AI to Drive Automotive Transformation

The collaboration will focus on industrialising AI across Porsche’s engineering, manufacturing and operations. It will also cover customer experience and enterprise transformation.

The partnership will further support the development and delivery of next-generation automotive technology services. It will include software-defined mobility platforms to support the changing needs of the automotive industry.

Five-Year Partnership with Porsche AG

The agreement will take effect from the closing date of the MHP acquisition. The five-year partnership is expected to strengthen collaboration between TCS, MHP and Porsche across key technology and business areas.

TCS has disclosed the agreement under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The company has also made the information available on its website.
