A major milestone has been reached by Adani Airport Holdings Limited (AAHL) through its Adani In only ten months after launching Adani Rewards, one of the first integrated airport reward programs in India, a consumer app went on to reach five million registered users. This success exemplifies how passengers are increasingly seeking airport services that prioritise digital interactions.
Using the Adani One app, customers may earn reward points that can be redeemed for a variety of airport services, as well as for shopping and dining. The program is available at all eight airports that are handled by AAHL. Its purpose is to facilitate easier airport journeys and reward frequent flyers.
The fast membership growth, the company claims, is a reflection of the rising popularity of smart digital travel solutions. Using just their mobile number, passengers may join the program right away and start earning points redeemable for free airport food, drinks, and premium experiences.
Later this year, AAHL will launch a membership scheme with tiers, as previously announced. Personalisation, better awards, and exclusive perks for frequent fliers are all part of the revised strategy, which will increase consumer involvement at all of its airports.
Diwali, Winterfest, and the Summer Carnival were some of the seasonal advertising campaigns that the company said increased customer participation thanks to their personalised travel experiences and special discounts. In the coming months, we will be implementing more program changes to provide passengers with even greater value.
