Rajnath Singh to Opposition: Don’t Use Students as Political Tools, Debate in Parliament

On Wednesday, Rajnath Singh, the defence minister, attacked the political parties. He claimed that they were manipulating the youth of the school for political gain. He claimed that these authorities are deceiving the country’s youth by feigning indignation.

These were the ideas that Mr. Singh posted on his social media. He sees the ongoing demonstrations in New Delhi as a major issue. He clearly believes that all this political drama is for show.

He assured them that the student welfare is always a top priority for the government of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. It is the goal of the government to address all student concerns. Mr. Singh has tremendous faith in India’s youth. He thinks the young won’t be fooled by these schemes. Instead, he believes they will opt for progress and nation-building.

The current session of Parliament was also brought up by the minister. The administration, he added, is prepared for serious discussions on any issue. He thinks the protesters should stop fighting and think about what they’re doing wrong. His message was clear: they needed to calm down. He thinks they should instead use Parliament to express themselves instead of interfering with the work.
