At its Learning & Development Centre of Excellence in Bhubaneswar, National Aluminium Company Limited (NALCO) reaffirmed its dedication to global workplace standards by conducting a two-day training program on SA-8000 Social Accountability. Aligning organisational processes with internationally recognised social accountability benchmarks was the goal of the program, which aimed to provide staff with the necessary knowledge and skills.
