At HPCL Rajasthan Refinery Limited (HRRL), the energy giant Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited has finished Module 1 of its flagship Core Course on Petrochemicals, a major step in producing leaders for India’s burgeoning petrochemicals industry.
Working in tandem with the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay, the four-day program drew together professionals for a rigorous learning experience from May 12th to the 15th, with an emphasis on enhancing domain knowledge and leadership skills. The program was inaugurated by Saugata Chaudhuri, Head of Petrochemicals, and Vikhar Kamlakar, CEO of HRRL.
In order to back HPCL’s expansion into petrochemicals and strengthen long-term business excellence, executives stressed the increasing strategic importance of skill development during the inauguration.
