Ferns N Petals Plans 2028 IPO, Eyes 25% Annual Growth

Reuters states that by the end of 2028, the gift shop Ferns N Petals intends to have completed its initial public offering (IPO) in order to fund growth through mergers and acquisitions both domestically and abroad.

Consumer brands in India are scaling up their operations and getting ready for public listings in response to the growing discretionary spending market. This is why the IPO roadmap is being announced at the same time. In line with the general trend of investors prioritising earnings quality above revenue expansion, Ferns N Petals is putting more emphasis on profitability in addition to growth.

Ferns N Petals intends to pursue acquisitions and expand its business in India and other countries using the money it makes from its planned public listing. In preparation for its proposed offering, the company is planning to ramp up its gifting business and increase its footprint in both existing and new foreign markets.

Ferns N Petals is a flower, cake, and customised product gifting company that has been around since 1994. They deliver all around the world, including to Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, the United Arab Emirates, and India. Malaysian and other Gulf market expansion is also being considered by the corporation.

As it gears up for the public markets, the retailer allegedly plans to increase profits while aiming for a yearly revenue growth of about 25% in the next years. With over 300 locations under its belt, Ferns N Petals intends to increase its retail base even further in the coming two years. More than 50% of the company’s income comes from sales in India, making it the biggest market for the business. In FY26, the business recorded a 25% increase in revenue to Rs 10.85 billion. The company was last valued at approximately USD 329 million in 2022, according to Reuters.
