Coal India MoU Signed with Ministry of Coal for FY 2026-27

Coal India Limited has signed an MoU with the Ministry of Coal setting performance parameters for the financial year 2026-27.

Coal India MoU with the Ministry of Coal has set performance parameters for Coal India Limited (CIL) for the financial year 2026-27.

The annual MoU outlines the targets and performance parameters that will be used to evaluate CIL’s achievements during the year.

Coal India MoU Sets FY 2026-27 Performance Targets

The MoU was signed by Shri Vikram Dev Dutt, Secretary, Ministry of Coal, on behalf of the ministry.

Shri B. Sairam, Chairman, Coal India Limited, signed the agreement on behalf of CIL.

The signing took place in the presence of Shri G. Kishan Reddy, Union Minister for Coal and Mines.

The agreement provides a framework for assessing CIL’s performance against the targets set for FY 2026-27.

Senior Coal India Officials Attend MoU Signing

Several senior CIL officials were present at the signing ceremony.

They included Shri Mukesh Choudhary, Director (Marketing & HR – Additional Charge), Shri Mukesh Agrawal, Director (Finance), Shri Achyut Ghatak, Director (Technical) and Shri Asheesh Kumar, Director (Business Development).

The annual performance MoU will serve as the basis for evaluating Coal India’s progress against the agreed parameters during FY 2026-27.
