Energy Boost: India, Bhutan Deepen Strategic Ties

Manohar Lal Khattar, the Union Power Minister, has begun a four-day visit to Bhutan, during which he will strengthen bilateral collaboration in sustainable development and clean energy.

During a meeting between a Union Minister and Bhutan Prime Minister Tshering Tobgay, the two leaders reaffirmed their dedication to strengthening energy and development cooperation. Discussions with Lyonpo Gem Tshering, the energy minister, centred on renewable energy, hydropower, and regional power trading.
