Prime Minister Modi and President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan have declared that India and the UAE want to boost bilateral trade to $200 billion by 2032.
They recognised that since the Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement in 2022, commerce has increased, reaching $100 billion in FY 2024–2025. In order to sell their products, the executives stressed the importance of connecting Micro, Small, and Medium-Sized Enterprises (MSMEs) and putting important initiatives into action.
They invited UAE investment in India’s second Infrastructure Fund and talked about collaborations in the building of vital infrastructure in Gujarat. In addition to strengthening cooperation in the space, AI, and technology sectors with the goal of an integrated space ecosystem and improved cross-border payment efficiency, collaboration on food security, energy, and nuclear technologies was underlined.
