The company informed the stock exchanges about its L1 status following the evaluation of bids.
NHPC Solar Tender Covers Five Haryana Locations
The tender involves the selection of a rooftop developer for setting up solar plants under the RESCO model. The projects will be developed through tariff-based competitive bidding and will be implemented at government buildings through HAREDA.
The proposed projects cover the following locations and capacities:
- Palwal: 1,253.54 kW at ₹4.26/kW

One Indigo Emerges as L1 Bidder
One Indigo Technologies was declared the L1 bidder after the completion of the bid evaluation process.
However, the L1 status does not represent the final award of the contract. The company will need to complete the applicable formalities before the project can move to the next stage.
The final award will be subject to the issuance of the Letter of Intent (LOI) or Letter of Award (LOA), Work Order and execution of the required agreements.
Next Steps for the Solar Project
One Indigo Technologies said it will make further disclosures after receiving the LOI or LOA.
The project will support the development of grid-connected rooftop solar capacity on government buildings in Haryana. It also adds to the state’s efforts to expand renewable energy infrastructure through the RESCO model.
