Mazagon Dock Dividend 2026: ₹4.62 Final Payout Approved

The Mazagon Dock Dividend has been approved at ₹4.62 per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders Limited (MDL) held its 93rd Annual General Meeting on August 27, 2026, where shareholders approved the final dividend on equity shares with a face value of ₹5 each.

Mazagon Dock Dividend Details

The approved final dividend of ₹4.62 per share represents a 92.4% payout. Shareholders backed the proposal with more than 99% of votes in favour, reflecting strong support for the company’s dividend decision.

The record date for the Mazagon Dock Dividend was August 20, 2026. The ex-date was also August 20, 2026. With the final dividend included, MDL’s total dividend for FY 2025-26 stands at ₹18.12 per share.

Total Dividend Reaches ₹18.12 Per Share

The total dividend of ₹18.12 per share includes the final dividend of ₹4.62 per share and interim dividends of ₹6.00 and ₹7.50 per share that were already paid during the financial year.

The dividend payout highlights Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders’ approach to returning value to shareholders while continuing to focus on business growth and operational performance.

93rd AGM Approves Key Resolutions

The 93rd AGM also covered the adoption of the company’s financial statements and the re-appointment of directors. Shareholders considered and approved the other routine business matters placed before the meeting.

The company also reiterated its focus on growth and operational excellence. MDL continues to contribute to India’s defence manufacturing capabilities and the broader Aatmanirbhar Bharat initiative.
