HUDCO reports provisional loan sanctions of ₹1,04,592 crore and disbursements of ₹35,371 crore for the half-year ended September 30, 2026.

Housing and Urban Development Corporation Limited (HUDCO) has reported provisional loan sanctions of ₹1,04,592 crore for the six-month period ended September 30, 2026.

HUDCO informed the stock exchanges about its business performance for the half-year under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The loan sanctions figure is provisional and subject to audit.

HUDCO Loan Disbursements Rise

HUDCO’s loan disbursements increased to ₹35,371 crore during the half-year ended September 30, 2026, compared with ₹25,838 crore in the corresponding period of 2025.

The disbursements increased by around 37% year-on-year, reflecting higher lending activity during the first half of FY27.
