T S C Bosh has taken charge as Director (Projects) at REC Limited on 3rd October 2025, following an order from the Ministry of Power.
With over 35 years in the Power Sector, he has held significant positions, including CEO of REC Power Development & Consultancy Limited.
He has been pivotal in national electrification projects, notably the Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Gram Jyoti Yojana and the Pradhan Mantri Sahaj Bijli Har Ghar Yojana, contributing to universal household electrification.
As Executive Director (Engineering) at REC, he led the financing of vital power projects across various sectors, ensuring alignment with national energy goals, and implemented large-scale projects in Power Transmission & Distribution. His leadership in business development, human resources, and corporate functions has been crucial to REC’s growth in the power sector, establishing it as a key financial partner in India’s infrastructure development.
