In an effort to strengthen community development and youth empowerment through its CSR activities and voluntary platform e-VOICE, NTPC Bongaigaon has begun the 2026 Disha Classes.

Local youngsters have been getting ready for state and central recruitment exams, especially those for the military and police, through this program, which has been running since 2019.

With the help of NTPC staff and the CISF Unit, approximately 45 pupils began participating on February 17, 2026. Anurag Gupta, Amit Kumar Asthana, and other prominent speakers highlighted the importance of education, discipline, and the company’s dedication to developing indigenous talent.

Since the program’s start, more than 21 local adolescents have found jobs in different branches of the military, demonstrating Disha Classes’ commitment to producing a trained workforce.
