By highlighting the two countries’ shared history and the positive developments in bilateral relations, Modi expressed his desire to meet with Anwar Ibrahim and engage with the Indian diaspora, who are an important link between India and Malaysia.
The purpose of the visit is to attend the 10th India-Malaysia CEO Forum, where the leaders of the two countries will discuss and evaluate their extensive cooperation in areas such as healthcare, trade, investment, and cultural exchanges; this will build the groundwork for future collaborations.
