The Dedicated Freight Corridor Corporation of India Limited (DFCCIL) CGM Jaipur Unit was visited by Sh. Anurag Sharma, Director/Infrastructure, on April 4, 2026, as part of a deliberate effort to improve operational efficiency along the Dedicated Freight Corridor (DFC).
In order to make sure the corridors are ready for the approaching monsoon season, the high-level delegation came to assess the current operational and infrastructure advancements.
Sh. Anurag Sharma inspected critical project works in detail during his visit. To make sure that all parts of the infrastructure can withstand the seasonal stresses that come with the monsoon season, a large portion of the evaluation was devoted to evaluating preparation measures.
Important for crew comfort and operational turnaround speed, the Director/Infra also examined the construction of the GCT (Goods Container Terminal) and the FLN Running Room amenities.
By personally engaging with workers and resolving their complaints in real time, Sh. Anurag Sharma demonstrated a people-first attitude to infrastructure management. By taking this proactive approach, DFCCIL is demonstrating its dedication to creating a positive workplace that values both technical proficiency and teamwork.
This preventative evaluation guarantees that the Jaipur Unit of DFCCIL will continue to accomplish its operational goals in a safe and efficient manner as the monsoon season draws near. If the Kumbhwas and Khatuwas connections are completed as planned, the DFC network will be further more efficient for transporting goods trains.
