Indian Oil Corporation Limited Assures Steady LPG Supply Amid Rising Demand

Notwithstanding the persistent geopolitical disturbances influencing global energy markets, Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IndianOil) has guaranteed that LPG supplies in India are stable and sufficient.

The business maintained daily deliveries of about 28 lakh cylinders, the same as before the crisis, and stressed that residential LPG supply remains a top priority.

With the encouragement of clients to utilise SMS and IVRS platforms, approximately 87% of LPG bookings are now digital, which enhances efficiency and transparency. To make sure the right people get the deliveries, systems are in place to use Delivery Authentication Codes (DAC OTPs). The PSU added that it is responding to customer complaints through various customer service channels and social media platforms.

Customers should not panic and book or hoard supplies; instead, they should depend exclusively on official information, as assured by IndianOil, which stressed that LPG is not in limited supply.

In order to guarantee consistent access to energy nationwide, the corporation has reaffirmed its dedication to transparent operations, constant supply, and tough punishment for wrongdoing.
