Financial Milestone: NALCO and Bank of India Sign MoU for Exclusive Banking Privileges

An MoU was struck between National Aluminium Company Limited (NALCO) and Bank of India to boost the Corporate Salary Package (CSP) advantages for NALCO employees. In an effort to bolster NALCO’s employee welfare programmes, this alliance will provide banking services and exclusive benefits just for NALCO personnel.

Signed at NALCO’s Bhubaneswar headquarters, the MoU is a major step toward improving the working conditions and financial security of the company’s employees. In order to accommodate employees’ unique financial and lifestyle requirements, this agreement provides them with access to a variety of tailored banking options, discounted rates, and supplementary benefits. An NALCO representative pointed out, “This collaboration with Bank of India under the CSP scheme is a step forward in providing our employees with value-added benefits, ensuring their financial security and convenience.”
