BSNL reported a revenue of Rs 11,134 crore for the first half of FY26, achieving 93% of its Q2 targets. Union Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia highlighted the company’s annual target of Rs 27,500 crore, up from Rs 25,000 crore last year, reflecting improved operational performance.
Scindia emphasized the importance of Quality of Service (QoS) and directed Chief General Managers to monitor customer satisfaction and uptime metrics. He urged for cost discipline and the exploration of new revenue streams, citing India Post’s innovative product expansion as a model.
