Adani Electricity Champions Consumer Interests with Advanced Machine Learning Systems

Adani Electricity has enhanced its commitment to fair and reliable power delivery by implementing advanced machine learning technology aimed at detecting electricity theft and protecting legitimate customers.

Since rolling out its ML-based theft prediction module in January, the company has identified 5.0 million units of stolen electricity, amounting to Rs 8.59 crore, including a notable case in Malad valued at Rs 87 lakh.

The initiative focuses on high-risk areas and employs data analysis to expedite theft identification, strengthen governance, and reduce operational costs, ultimately fostering a more transparent and efficient power ecosystem.
