The disclosed information indicates that the commercial space that was auctioned off has a total transaction value of around ₹5,779 crore. The transaction will result in a marketing fee for NBCC equal to one percent of the sale value. The e-auction’s success demonstrates the high demand for high-quality commercial real estate in desirable metropolitan areas and is a major step forward in NBCC’s continuing reconstruction efforts in the nation’s capital.
