In the presence of directors and senior officials, a high-level Production Plan Review Meeting for 2026-27 was held in Sonepur Bazari Area on 4th April 2026. Shri Satish Jha, CMD, ECL, presided over the meeting.
Meeting attendees deliberated in depth on production strategies, contract capacities, land availability, operational issues, and the goal of reaching 13.5 MTY. A thorough evaluation was carried out in critical areas including land acquisition, R&R programs, CHP upkeep, monsoon readiness, and capacity development through initiatives such as the Banbahal patch.
To efficiently achieve production targets, CMD offered strategic direction to guarantee timely execution, better coordination, and proactive problem-solving.
The tour came to a close with the launch of the Sonepur Bazari Premier League, where CMD took part in a friendly cricket match, boosting morale and encouraging staff participation.
