As a proud and energetic company, Mahanadi Coalfields Limited celebrated its 35th Foundation Day by looking back on a year of great performance and shared accomplishments.
Leadership, staff, and families came together for a fun-filled “Run for Excellence” to kick off the festivities. Industry insights and pertinent topics were covered in the interactive session with our former CMDs, which centred on sustainability, strategic growth, and future coal demand. CMD Uday Anant Kaole praised the steadfast commitment of the MCL family and extended his congratulations on the accomplishments of the last year. Moreover, he expressed gratitude to the Ministry of Coal, Coal India Limited, the Odisha State Administration, public officials, and labour unions for their ongoing assistance in helping MCL fulfil the nation’s increasing energy needs.
The festivities came to a close with a mesmerising performance by Padmashri Sonu Nigam, who invigorated and motivated all in attendance for what lay ahead.
