On February 17, Prime Minister Narendra Modi of India and President Emmanuel Macron of France will meet in Mumbai to review the status of their strategic alliance and address pressing regional and international concerns.
As part of his official visit to India, Macron will meet with the prime minister at Lok Bhavan at approximately 3:15 p.m. Together, they will assess the progress made by the India-France Strategic Partnership and zero in on ways to strengthen collaboration in new areas.
The leaders will also address a gathering of innovators and business executives later that day as they begin the India-France Year of Innovation 2026. The AI Impact Summit, which Macron will be attending, is an effort to promote global cooperation in the field of artificial intelligence.
