Saleem Ahmad has taken over as Chairman and Managing Director of Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) on December 23, 2025. Previously, he served as Director Project at NBCC (India).
With 33 years in the construction industry, he has held significant roles at Delhi Metro Rail Corporation and Mumbai Port Trust, focusing on large infrastructure projects including bridges and tunnels.
A Civil Engineer from Jamia Millia Islamia University, he has contributed to sustainable infrastructure discussions and last mile connectivity solutions during his tenure with Delhi Metro.
