Dr. Prasanna Kumar Acharya, Chairman-cum-Managing Director of NLC India Limited (NLCIL), met Dr. S. Vijayakumar, IAS, Additional Chief Secretary to the Government of Tamil Nadu, Industries, Investment Promotion and Commerce Department, at the Tamil Nadu Secretariat in Chennai on October 13, 2026.
