Jammu and Kashmir Bank Limited has updated its financial auditing panel for the upcoming financial year. The Comptroller and Auditor General of India (CAG) appointed four new accounting firms as J&K Bank Statutory Central Auditors for FY 2026-27 on September 18, 2026.
The bank submitted the regulatory disclosure under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
Newly Appointed Audit Firms
The CAG selected four Chartered Accountant firms to lead the central audit operations for FY 2026-27:
- M/s Vinay Naveen & Co, Chartered Accountants
- M/s B C Jain & Co, Chartered Accountants
- M/s Dhar Tiku & Co, Chartered Accountants
- M/s Gupta Sharma & Associates, Chartered Accountants
These firms will oversee the financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls across J&K Bank’s regional and corporate banking networks.
Transition of J&K Bank Statutory Central Auditors
Two audit firms completed their tenure with the bank following the new appointments. The outgoing central auditors are:
- M/s J C R & Co, Chartered Accountants
- M/s Gupta Gupta & Associates LLP, Chartered Accountants
The leadership rotation aligns with statutory compliance mandates for public sector and scheduled commercial banks in India.
