The Comptroller and Auditor General of India (C&AG) has named M/s P A & Associates as the new Hindustan Copper statutory auditors for the financial year 2026-27. State-owned Hindustan Copper Limited (HCL) confirmed the auditor appointment through an official regulatory filing with the stock exchanges.

The C&AG issued the official appointment order vide Letter No. CA. V/ COY/CENTRAL GOVERNMENT, HCOPPR(2)/425 on September 8, 2026. Hindustan Copper received the authorization on September 14, 2026. The public sector enterprise submitted the disclosure under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
