NBCC work orders worth approximately Rs 134.27 crore have been secured by state-owned NBCC (India) Ltd. from three organisations. The new contracts cover construction projects for Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS), the Directorate of Teacher Education and SCERT, Odisha, and Canara Bank.
NBCC Work Orders Include Three KVS Projects
Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan has awarded NBCC three construction projects. The first involves the construction of a Kendriya Vidyalaya school campus at Barkatha in Hazaribagh district, Jharkhand, with a project value of Rs 36.92 crore.
The second project covers the construction of Kendriya Vidyalaya School Campus No. 3 at Darbhanga AIIMS in Bihar. The contract is valued at Rs 37.02 crore. The third project involves the construction of a Kendriya Vidyalaya school campus in Maharajganj district, Siwan, Bihar, at a cost of Rs 36.64 crore.
Together, the three KVS projects account for Rs 110.58 crore of the newly secured orders.
NBCC Work Orders Expand Education Infrastructure Projects
The Directorate of Teacher Education and SCERT, Odisha, has awarded NBCC a Rs 11.14 crore contract. The project involves the construction of a Centre of Excellence for DIET Bargarh.
The project adds to NBCC’s portfolio of institutional and education infrastructure assignments across different states.
Canara Bank Awards Rs 12.55 Crore Construction Contract
Canara Bank has awarded NBCC a Rs 12.55 crore work order for the construction of a new Canara Bank building at Hospital Junction, Alappuzha, Kerala.
The latest contracts further strengthen NBCC’s order book across education, institutional and banking infrastructure projects.
NBCC Strengthens Infrastructure Order Pipeline
The combined value of the new NBCC work orders stands at approximately Rs 134.27 crore. The projects demonstrate the company’s continued involvement in public-sector construction and infrastructure development.
NBCC undertakes project management and construction activities for government departments, public sector organisations and other institutions. The latest contracts add projects across Jharkhand, Bihar, Odisha and Kerala to its ongoing portfolio.
