RailTel Dividend Declared at ₹1.25 Per Share

RailTel dividend news is here. RailTel Corporation of India Limited has declared a final dividend of ₹1.25 per share for FY 2025-26. The announcement came at the company’s 26th Annual General Meeting (AGM), held on August 20 through video conferencing.

The Navratna Central Public Sector Enterprise operates under the Ministry of Railways. RailTel Chairman and Managing Director Sanjai Kumar addressed the meeting. The company also presented its Annual Report for FY 2025-26 to shareholders.

Shareholders Approve Financial Statements

Shareholders adopted RailTel’s audited financial statements for the financial year ended March 31, 2026.

The company approved the final RailTel dividend of ₹1.25 per share. This is equivalent to 12.5% of RailTel’s paid-up equity share capital for FY 2025-26.

Several members of the RailTel Board attended the meeting.

The participants included V Rama Manohara Rao, Director (Finance); Manoj Tandon, Director (Project, Operations & Maintenance); Yashpal Singh Tomar, Director (Network Planning & Marketing); Ranjit Kumar, Government Nominee Director; Rajesh Gupta, Government Nominee Director; and Asha Sharma, Independent Director.

AGM Reviews Corporate Performance

The AGM gave shareholders a comprehensive update on the company’s financial performance and corporate affairs for the year.
