Having a family is still a goal for a lot of young individuals, according to the survey. The difficulties that many young people encounter prior to beginning children are brought to light by the fact that factors such as secure job, affordable housing, gender equality, and financial stability are becoming more influential in marriage and parenthood decisions.
According to UNFPA, increasing availability of good healthcare, education, decent jobs, and social protections is the only way for India to reap the benefits of a large population.
