A non-equity global strategic collaboration is being negotiated to accelerate end-to-end digital transformation for enterprise customers worldwide. Orange Business and Tech Mahindra Limited are the unique parties involved in this process.
Secure digital platforms, next-generation connectivity solutions, artificial intelligence (AI), and automation will be the main areas of concentration during the five-year partnership.
In accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, Tech Mahindra informed stock exchanges about the development. This collaboration is an effort to merge Tech Mahindra’s integration skills with Orange Business’s network, cloud, cybersecurity, and digital platform leadership. In order to comply with French and European regulatory frameworks, the agreement will not apply to the French market or sensitive sovereign sectors like national security and defence. Orange Business’s goal of being an industry leader in secure enterprise connectivity is in line with this approach. In order to speed up its global expansion and strengthen relationships with current consumers, the company plans to make use of its infrastructure and digital platforms.
As a result, Tech Mahindra will be able to provide more market-specific value-added services because of economies of scale and improved access to Orange’s worldwide infrastructure.
