Coaching classes for family members of land-affected persons have been begun at the M&R Complex in Koraput, Odisha, by the NALCO Foundation. This is a significant step toward inclusive growth and community empowerment.
The initiative, which aims to enhance institutional support for skill development in the region, was started in partnership with the government ITI Ambaguda. To help students become more prepared for a variety of recruiting and skill-based exams, the organised coaching programme will include both classroom instruction and practice tests administered using computer-based testing (CBT) technology.
Increasing educational and job possibilities for communities affected by industrial development is a major value of the NALCO Foundation, and this CSR-driven programme demonstrates that dedication. The initiative aims to empower individuals in Koraput and the adjacent areas economically by providing them with practical knowledge and test preparation.
This project is in line with the organisation’s larger goals of promoting equitable regional development and improving people’s standard of living.
